Classrooms - Real Laboratories Of Future.When the right reactants in correct proportions in a suitable environment reacts together to create the actual product,that is the future promising student. The teacher is a catalyst who moderate and facilitate the class.
DEMONSTRATION SESSION
It was our beginning session of demonstrations. Neena ma'am gave a brief introduction of the session and about its phases. Today our Senior Students Nikhil and Gayathri took the demo classes. Students from St John's school were the participants. Session begins with the silent prayer at 10 am.
Demonstration 1
Student teacher: Nikhil
Topic: Image Formation in Concave mirror
Mode of teaching: ICT integrated
Nikhil taught the topic Image Formation in Concave mirror. The phases of teaching were clear and organised. Initiation and then progressed through activities using computer simulation on the topic. Delivered equal care and attention to all students, ended the session with proper closure. Students were attentive and active.

Topic: Reflection
Mode: Concept Attainment model
Gayathri engaged the class as concept attainment model. Developed concept of reflection through presentation of different examples and it's explanation, also students were engaged with different activities, ensured their participation in learning also.
Teachers can be a living example to their students. Not that teachers should look for students to idealize them. One who is worth idealizing does not care whether others idealize them or not. Everyone needs to see that you not only teach human values but you live them. It is unavoidable sometimes you will be idealized -- it is better for children to have a role model, or goal, because then the worshipful quality in them can dawn."
