GIVE THE BEST AND LEAVE

**
As I pen down these words, my heart swells with a mix of emotions—gratitude, love, and bittersweet sorrow. My journey at Bethany Ashram High School, Cherukulanji, as a Physical Science teacher has been nothing short of extraordinary. This school was not just a workplace; it was a family, a sanctuary where I found purpose, friendships, and countless memories to cherish forever.

**The RTNA Family: A Bond Beyond Colleagues**
To my dear colleagues, especially Titus, Roshan, and Abraham Achan, thank you for being more than just coworkers. Together, we were the RTNA family—a group bound by friendship, laughter, and shared dreams for our students. Your unwavering support and camaraderie made every challenge lighter and every success more meaningful.

**My Dear Students: The Heart of My Journey**
To my beloved students, you were the soul of my teaching journey. Seeing your curious eyes light up with understanding and your hearts brimming with hope made every effort worthwhile. A special mention to my dear 10 A, my very first class as a class teacher. Your infectious energy, respect, and love will remain etched in my heart forever. I will never forget the warmth of your goodbyes and the tears we shared—it is a testament to the bond we’ve built.

**Dreaming Big: Carbon Neutral Campus and Virtual Lab**
During my time here, I dreamed of making our campus a greener, cleaner, and more sustainable place. My efforts toward creating a carbon-neutral campus were a labor of love for our environment and future generations. Setting up the virtual science lab was another milestone, ensuring that our students experienced the best in education and technology.

**A Special Thanks to Cherukulanji Village**
To the beautiful village of Cherukulanji and its loving people, thank you for welcoming me with open arms. Your support and warmth made me feel at home from the very beginning. This village has a special place in my heart, and I will carry its spirit with me wherever I go.

As I bid farewell, I carry with me memories of laughter, lessons, and love. Though I leave Bethany Ashram High School, a part ofme will always remain within its walls, in the hearts of my students, and in the dreams I’ve sown here.

With endless gratitude and love,
Nithin
