Today's class started with a beautiful prayer song by Jeena. First hour was Psychology. Sathyalekha Ma'am taught us about 'ERICKSON'S THEORY OF PSYCHO SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT' and four different stages of development: Trust Vs Mistrust, Autonomy Vs Shame and Doubt, Initiative Vs Guilt, Industry Vs Inferiority..

Next session was optional session. Ma'am gave a detailed and adorable explanation about Lecture cum demonstration method. The main purposes of this method is

*To convey information
*To generate understanding
*To stimulate interest

After that Neena ma'am share a video about the topic. The different steps of demonstration method.

After that Dona teacher handled the class. Teacher taught us about Emotional intelligence. The four steps are

Self awareness 
Self management
Social awareness
Relationship management.
